ViXL / privacy
Release-update privacy.
When you use the “Tell me when it is ready” form, ViXL collects your email address, preferred storefront and submission time so we can contact you about ViXL for Windows availability.
The request is kept in a private server-side list outside the public website. It is not a purchase, reservation or account registration. The form does not enroll you in a general newsletter.
To ask what we have for your address, change your preference or have your request removed, email david@interactavstudios.com. This notice covers the ViXL.one release-update form; a future Festly or Steam purchase will use that store’s own checkout and policies.
